A Few Things of Interest:

May - Inaugural
London Printmakers Show @ Oxo Gallery was very well received by those who visited. Also my first ever OPEN STUDIO was a lot of fun with many visitors, great conversations and sales.

July – Charity Auction of donated artwork at the Antony Gormley Studio in support of the DANCE UMBRELLA performing arts initiative. One of six artists invited to participate.


August - Pushkin House show. "A Suite of Lighted Rooms" curated show
at the Russian Cultural Centre “Pushkin House”, London.
New Gallery:
Byard Art Gallery Cambridge

Royal Academy Summer Show 2010 "Sell Out"
Summer has been an amazing few months with time in Sweden working on the next series of prints and also admission to the prestigious Royal Academy Summer exhibition. The accepted work “Four Corners Game” sold out its edition within 2 weeks of the show opening, with enquiries about it still being received.

Although "Four Corners Game" is now no longer available similar print “Carousel” (below) still has a few prints in the edition remaining.

The Affordable Art Fair - October 2010
Battersea Park. London. 21st – 24th October 2010

NEW PRINTS: On display at the fair will be a number of my new images never before seen with the first “artist proofs” on sale.
I am working hard right now to get the work printed and framed on time.
NEW PAINTINGS: I complete just a handful of paintings each year so on show at the fair will be three or four new paintings.
NEW HANDMADE PAPER: Having learnt the art of paper making some of the works on display at the fair will be printed on my own handmade papers. I am looking forward to hearing what you think about this new venture.

TICKETS: There is a very limited number of private view free entry tickets available. Click here to email me. Please state the date of preferred visit, either Wednesday or Thursday evenings but these tickets are also valid during any day of the fair. Also, at the foot of this page you can find a half price e-ticket - just print it out, fill it in and hand it in on the door to claim your discount.

Open Studio - November 2010
Following an extremely successful open studio weekend in May, (at which I had the pleasure of discussing my pieces and demonstrating some of the techniques used in my work) I am delighted to advise that I will be participating in another open studio event in November with my secondfloorstudio colleagues (over c100 participants).
Come and see how the etchings are printed, examples of new work and work in progress. And older works are offered with a studio discount too.
